I just wanted to reach out and let you know about my experience and my co-worker's experience, Ileana's at Vitalia. We both had a visit at Vitalia MedSpa last week with [my clinician] for laser hair removal. I recommended [my clinician] to Ileana based on my past, amazing experiences. [My clinician] gave us wonderful, professional service. We were both charged for a 30 minute visit, which was ideal. It fit our needs and was very reasonably priced. In fact, based on our great experience, Ileana (who is a Zumba dance instructor) will definitely be recommending [my clinician's] services to many of her clients. Thank you!

I am so grateful for having the opportunity to look incredible and for the new found confidence that was an added bonus. I was so impressed with my first experience with your facility, that I wanted to write and let you know. I have enjoyed fifteen years of facials, mostly with one very competent local esthetician. Well it was true when it opened, and it still is, as my license plates proclaim, I "LOVE MY SPA"! Vitalia, that is! A most pleasant way to spend part of your day! I came to visit after a stressful business trip. Anyone traveling on airlines these days can empathize. That all went away as [my clinician] 'made the world go away' for awhile amid cozy warm sheets and softly playing music as she took the stress off my face, neck and shoulders with a "Customized Vitalia" facial. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I am enjoying my IPL photo facial. [My clinician] has done such a terrific job with my skin! I first tried IPL last year, loved the results and just had a touch up today. Recently, I had an opportunity to try an IPL at another Med Spa and there was simply no comparison. The broken capillaries remained, and it was though I had nothing done. The thoroughness that [my clinician] brings was completely lacking. So the bargain introductory price turned out to be a complete waste of money. Furthermore, in an age of commoditization, the extra value that [my clinician] provides by offering the YAG to further enhance results (and get rid of those stubborn capillaries!), will keep me coming back to your spa vs. shopping for bargain pricing. As a marketing professional, I understand how competitive your business is, and the only way to keep customers is to offer that extra value that your staff brings. I appreciate that greatly. I also appreciate the personalized and friendly service I receive each time I visit (and love my botox as well!). Keep up the good work and - kudos to you and your staff.
